Spectrum is a company run by a family with more than 35 years of experience in the international footwear business. Created in 2002 by father & son, Nelson and Marcelo Germann, Spectrum is located in Novo Hamburgo, in the center of the footwear cluster of Southern Brazil. Marcelo Germann manages company operations, Nelson Germann runs new projects and commercial relations. Mariana Germann, Marcelo’s wife, acts as Human Resources Manager.
